42:58 "get more cooldown later" Those sound like famous last words in this game. Glad you chose this mix of characters and skills. Putting a couple speech dice on the orc could allow him a chance of turning a low level enemy into a companion. That seems useful to help tank the hoardes.
@OneStopCoopShop3 ай бұрын
The speech skill that makes a companion only lasts for one turn, definitely helpful sometime. I think I prefer the one that removes an enemy if you roll it’s HP or higher. Good for getting rid of annoying enemies with high armor, stalwart, or rot

@@OneStopCoopShop I don't doubt it! It seems like the orcs race ability combined with the two handed fatigue attack is super powerful with the risk of not clearing all over fatigue. Like, you could rush at the start of a battle and KO an opponent or two but then you'll be in cool down for a while.

Of your Elder Scrolls video's this one is really showcasing what I want to see. When you get frustrated because you want to level up "all the things" I know they've done a good job of giving options but generating tension (about halfway into the vid).

And each time I finish playing I’m curious about how I could have done my build differently. It’s a good sign :)

@OneStopCoopShop love to hear it! While watching your first vid my wife made me go late pledge for it 😅. So I'm glad to hear this one is checking those character build boxes. How do you feel about the missions being based on the 12 guilds vs an over arching mission structure and potential expandablity of the game?
@OneStopCoopShop3 ай бұрын
@@mechasduo004 I think it works fine. They can still add more regions (I think at least one is planned) like Valenwood to add whole new quest lines and such.

This has been my most looked forward to game of the year since I backed it last year. Seeing it played only enhances that. There's a good chance that I end up selling my TMB set because of this game.

The quality of your content is fantastic, well done! Your videos play a significant role in convincing me to back this project :D I have a question though, since you've already spent some time with this game. Is Deslandra always the final boss at the end of each campaign? And does she always have the same abilities?
@OneStopCoopShop3 ай бұрын
So there is a completely different boss at the end of each campaign. Completely different stats, keywords, and scenarios. That boss happens to always be NAMED Deslandra, but it's a completely different unit each time. One chip might be "Deslandra the Necromancer" and another might be "Deslandra Unleashed", etc. Hope that clarifies it!

Thanks for the video! Is there money in the game or some kind of economy system? I've seen a couple of videos of Elder Scrolls, but I didn't understand how we get equipment for our characters.
@OneStopCoopShop3 ай бұрын
No, all of that is abstracted. When you go to a town you have 2 actions each time, and one can be to gain item cards. Also during encounters you can move over cache tokens and lockpick them

Heya! Serious question - thoughts on replayability? Games like Fallout from FFG have storylines but after you’ve played the 4-5 that come with it, well, you’ve played it. Games like Too Many Bones have TONS of Tyrants and tons for replayability due to jillions of random event cards. Where does this game stand?
@OneStopCoopShop3 ай бұрын
I think it’s more TMB level. Tons of builds to try, tons of encounters in the different regions, and all the different quests and final endgame encounters
@Ariranhaa3 ай бұрын
Fallout's scenarios are just a background to give you victory conditions, man. The meat of the game are the random encounters and the levelling of your character. You can even play without the scenarios if you want. Of course TMB and Elder Scrolls are in another level of "stuff" you get (and another level of money you spend to get it), but in terms of storytelling, so far Fallout seems richer and more replayable in some aspects than Elder Scrolls.

That's exactly where it's from. If you go on CTG's website, in the store section, and click on "accessories" (I think), that dice tower is near the bottom of the page.

Great video but this is…underwhelming. My goodness the maps really don’t do anything to bring this part of the world alive. I was really hoping for more unique and different experiences from map to map. Looks like mainly there is one gimmicky something but other than that and different quests (which so far don’t feel very unique to me in what they have you do) all of this feels like introducing some modifiers to a pretty samey game experience in terms of your campaign/adventure. So yes, lots of modifiers (like Victorum) but does it really FEEL like you had a different adventure? The cities bug me the most. It seems like they are just templates (x items, y trainers and maybe one unique element). Really was hoping for more surprises there.
@OneStopCoopShop3 ай бұрын
The unique encounter cards for each map do a lot of heavy lifting, but sure, I don’t disagree with a lot of what you said
