The first time I heard Arnel Pineda on the 2013 Grammy's singing with Rascal Flatts and Journey just made the hair on my arms stand straight up. I lost track of the band for a while, living my own life. Since I heard Journey again, all magic is back, so much feelings. I believe Arnel is a valuable asset to the band. A little man in stature with a huge heart and spirit. He is his own person, not a Perry clone no matter how much Neal needs or wants him to imitate Steve. Arnel has given his all to this job, and is more than willing to share the spotlight should Perry ever return. Deen is helping out beautifully in that area whenever Arnel's voice needs a break. May Journey go on until their last healthy and collective breath. The entire band, in all its incarnations, will be forever awesome.
