Elderflower Cordial | How To Make | Preserving | Tasty Recipe

Hey guys!
We had a short break from filming, but we are back now. Later this summer we should have some interesting videos of places we have visited in Bulgaria and also some preserving or cooking videos using our veggies and fruit from our own back garden.
In this video I am making Elderflower Cordial. We love drinking it during the hot summer months. It is very refreshing and the taste is really special.
We start with harvesting them (foraging in the lanes of our village) and then I show you step by step how to make it.
Once it is made, you can either put it into jars and seal them (a quick water canning process) or just keep it in the fridge (up to one month).
I hope you will enjoy watching my video and if you have Elderflowers growing near you, why not try to make this recipe ? It is really easy but you need to be a bit patient if you want a good strong flavour (waiting period 48 hours).
I recommend that you watch the video in full as it will give you all the information that you need (ingredients and detailed description of the method).
The ingredients are listed after 2 mins and 23 seconds into the video but you need to watch the rest of the video to get all the tips. If you do not follow the steps correctly you will end up with really bad cordial.

Моята рецепта е: 11 литра вода, 40 цвята бъз,1.5 кг захар ,4 лимона.10 гр.лимонена киселина.

Аз налива напитката в бутилки от coca-cola или schweppes и не го стерилизирам.След затварянето изчаквам от 7 до 10 дни и сиропа се газира сам .😂
