Thoughts on running Ice Dragon's Prison at 3? I consider it too versatile to not max out on it. (It disrupts opponent's GY, banishes problematic monsters and if you don't have a body you can just steal a strong monster from your opponent's GY and use it as a beatstick)

By all means. Card is surprisingly good. i expected a lot of different typing's this format, but IDP still hits a lot of stuff that is pretty strong. IDP can totally be a 3 of.

The 1800 trap monster might be the best because it banishes something from graveyard and lets be honest the graveyard is a persons real deck

lol deck is ALMOST like mine I just play Eccliessa in my deck cus she is bae. Also MY extra deck is diffrent: S:Px2 Varudrasx2 N´tsssx3 Link Spiderx2 Garurax2 Tri-Brigade Arms Bucephalus II Pleiades Tu-Phon Chaos Angel Wanted to added Azelia just no spaces as well Gustaf, thing is Varudras effect is pretty dum

Card of demise conflicts with lord of the heavenly prison and extrave

Card of Demise is too good to not run, it's a 1 off so you're not gonna see it often. Set it off Heavenly Prison when you run out of traps to completely refill your hand for free.

@@andreaspaghetti7342 you should drop extrave to 2 then as you don't want to see multiple draw cards. I didn't the math a few months ago and you don't want to have 4+ pots as they restrict you from drawing from other pots and the sample size is 7 or 8 in the case of card of demise instead of the normal 5

It does not. For the fact that you will not always have demise (1 of) and you can set it off of Heavenly during your Opponents turn to refill your hand.

I agree, I thought of playing Ghost to block the banish. It works, but I don't always get the card I need. To play the "True deck"

Bystials are only quick effects if you (the eldlich player) controls a monster so they can be played around easily especially since scarlet sanguine can summon from grave
