I just moved my business from a small bedroom in my house into my basement and that was overwhelming. I'm talking panic attacks. Because of the volume. I cannot imagine what you're going through. My thoughts and prayers are with you lol.

Love the realness, moving is a bitch, no matter how much you plan and prep, it can really take a toll. Hang in there Denali and you're absolutely right, it will get better ❤

Thanks for sharing your struggles. It's nice to feel like you're not alone. I too am going through my inventory and will be bringing some of it to a buy sell trade shop , and what they don't take, will end up at the community yard sale. Reselling has changed so much in the last few years. What used to sell well 3 years ago, will sit for months/years now. It's all part of doing business i guess. I can't wait to see how you set up the new space!

I just pulled 2 MORE large garbage bags out of my “Posh” room this morning. I have been purging for about 2 weeks and I ain’t done yet! Feels good!

Feel free to cry! This is a lot, and I am sure it is overwhelming sometimes. it would be to anyone. But as you say in a couple months you will look around your space and be so happy and know that it was worth it.

I purged all of 2023, I stopped buying in March and had enough inventory to still list daily while purging 2000+ items. I do this part time but I was shopping in 2022 like I had a full time team. I shopped at the bins and I would pick up things to try out since I my costs were so low and it was my first year. Now I am more selective and I can base it on experience plus knowledge. I plan to purge periodically so it doesn’t get out of hand.
