Yup. I lived i greenstead at the time. I remember all the uni students had started to go home and I was the only one in my house. The day she got murdered I was planning to go down that back alley around the time she got murdered. Something distracted me and then next thing you know there were helicopters everywhere. I then accidentally locked myself out my house that day and had to walk to campus to call my landlord to let me back in I was in tears walking to campus (long route) as he just attacked her hours earlier and he was still on the loose.

I always love how you tell a lot of things about the victims, like their personalities and stuff. Sometimes people tend to see these people as "just" victims or bodies and it makes it hard to see them as actual human beings. But you tell us about what they were like and what they liked to do, it's really nice and respectful! Hopefully it makes more people see them as people and not the bodies they were when they were found.

This is mostly unrelated but my great-grandmother's 91 year old cousin died a couple days ago (3rd of March). Turns out he had a blood clot in his brain; said he had a headache, and within 30 minutes couldn't remember his wife of sixty years. His wife wasn't able to be with him when he died because she didn't want to remember him like that. He was the last of that generation, and the last one with the last name who still live close to the town our family founded. He only had daughters, so that name will probably be forgotten within a few decades. I don't have much of a point to make with this, I just want him to be acknowledged and remembered by people. Bye Tom Update: my great-grandmother's 104 year old brother-in-law died on the early morning of the 25th. Good job, Michael. Had to upstage the rest of us in lifestyle and life length both.

@@annfisher3316 sadly, neither I nor any of my older cousins got to meet her, she died two years before the oldest of my generation was born, and eleven years to the day before I was born. From what I know, she wasn't a very maternal person (hence my granddad being raised by his aunt) but was loved by her sisters and friends, and was sort of the spokesperson/saleswoman/delivery girl for the family business in a small town so everyone knew her. Family is family, though. Tom was married to my nan's cousin, so he would've been family either way. He lived through a lot, thus even if we weren't related, I would want people to know of him and just take a moment to think of him

@CoRLex-jh5vx
@CoRLex-jh5vx 3 жыл бұрын
@@elvingearmasterirma7241 yes, but given his daughters probably got married in the late 60s or earlier, it would've been unheard of. I'm all for men changing their last names when they get married, but it was absolutely unheard of at the time, and I feel like its too late for any of the descendants to change back to the original name now, sadly. Maybe some kid will take an interest in the family history, but if you dont grow up with stories of how important the family were to our town, its a fairly boring last name that wouldnt catch the eye. Think like, three or four steps in front of Smith and Jones, seventeen steps behind Bonecrusher or We're-the-Bestingtons (The name does live on through the other branch of the family, with our side technically being the lesser branch, but I don't know if any of them still live nearby. Our side seems to follow the pattern of sons only having daughters and daughters only having sons, most of the time. Very inconvenient for preserving family names.)

@@breakfastattiffanys741 @Tiffany E She does mention if it's a 2 patter at the start of her videos, and which part it is, so idk what you complaint is rlly, it doesn't take more than a few seconds to be able to get the right part, so I don't think there's a point to naming them with parts :/ Also, maybe she's just finding alotta long cases to cover now? She has mentioned that it's mostly recommendations she takes. Not tryna sound rude or start an argument btw! X

Yeah I did make the original comment but its mostly just bc I thought her saying those things 2 posts apart was funny. Personally I love the 2 parters, the more in depth the better! And the more Eleanor the better!

@@alivingperson9738 yeah but there’s really no need for the two parts. Literally 90% of her old videos were like an hour long and they were full parts but now she’s making 30 min videos and two parts. She could’ve just continued making the 1 hour videos

Or just targeting people that would be new in town that were practically alone and have little to no family that can look out for them since those are very easy targets for murderers to get away with killing. People who are alone that not many know practically.

What it ACTUALLY would take to stab 102 x. Let’s just say -> This would have been *SEVERAL MINUTES* of stabbing. As well as him being in almost a full sweat to realistically hold this man down while stabbing. Honestly to me that is the craziest part.
