I suspect all these bills are only being signed to create more high paying salaries in government without any intention of solving the problems. It will be interesting to see the amount added to the fiscus by all the bills signed in the past 6 months, as I suspect we are allready over our yearly gdp or close to that in total. And that creates a whole new topic: if it is impossible to pay the costs demanded by a bill why would we not just slide into a Zimbabwe scenario: and more importantly do our constitution allow us to do something? Our constitution had, at the start, a clause demanding all laws must be checked first for financial affordability before going to parliament. That whole government department was one of the first removed by the Anc. I am not sure if the laws were also repealed. I like your video, it is factual and to the point. The sound is a bit hollow and could be improved, but the content is excellent.
