Look a youtube reporter from bihar incident what supreme court give there verdict and on similar issue of some other reporter what sc has said.. There is no uniformity in sc verdict for same type of cases.

No problem with electoral bonds unless and until EC gets all the info of who purchased the bond and who redeemed the bond, thats all. Else it itself is a new way of getting black money while keeping opposition in check. Cause SBI wont mind sharing data with ruling party.

Can we appreciate CPI which rejected all bonds? Despite, their state getting the least in return (₹0.15 paise) for every ₹1 they pay to central treasury? Meanwhile, Bihar gets a whopping ₹5 something? Plus, RBI whoch controls all international transactions could never find any Chinese link with them financially. I have a huge respect for socialists. No wonder why Bhagat Singh ji supported that concept.

Political & election funding should only be allowed to individuals, since it is the individual that casts a vote to elect his or her representative. Corporate funding should be abolished or limited to a certain amount. Privacy laws should not apply to corporate donations because individual share holders may have different political leanings and are kept in the dark about the political funding carried out by these corporates.
