In response to the comment made by "Sauquoit13456" (from 5 months before this comment)..... Pete Cetera (Bass Guitar and vocals) is Bob Zemko. He's the guy in the white overalls that the police are chasing in this scene. Terry Kath (Guitar and vocals) is the guy in the very last scene that's sitting in the passenger side of the van and shoots the shotgun blast at Robert Blake in the very last shot in the movie. Walt Parazaider (Woodwinds) is the guy in the group scene out by the house in the woods who's wearing the "loose lips sink ships" shirt and gets punched in the gut by the older man with Robert Blake. Lee Loughnane (Trumpet) is the guy in the pigpen that tells the older cop that he just stepped in pig shit.

Bill Hickman directed this chase. He was the driver of the 1968 Dodge Charger R/T in Bullitt, he was an excellent hi speed driver and chase scene master! RIP Bill Hickman!

Great job with the music. The road movies from the early 70's were great. Two Lane Blacktop and Dirty Mary Crazy Larry were good too.

On this day in 1973 {August 19th} the Robert Blake movie "Electra Glide in Blue" had its world premier in New York City... Robert Blake received a Golden Globe Award nomination for 'Best Actor in a Drama' {winner was Al Pacino for 'Serpico'}... The film was produced by James William Guercio, who was the manager of the group 'Chicago' {as a result band members Peter Cetera, Terry Kath, Walter Parazaider, and Lee Loughnane all had small rolls in the movie}...

Funny you mentioned that as I watched the DVD three days ago. I have watched this movie more than a dozen times and I still think it is a great film. It will always be a favorite with me.

Unfortunately since Blake's passing all his movies and autobiography has gone over the top in price. However if you are interested he discusses alot about his life on the you tube "I Ain't Dead Yet", outstanding.

Peter Cetera and Terry Kath of Chicago were avid motorcyclists back in the 1970s. Fortunately, Cetera didn't share Kath's passion for guns.

I bought the soundtrack back in the 70s. Made the mistake of loaning it to a friend, who thought it was okay to loan it to another friend. Never saw it again. I did find a copy at a secondhand store a few years ago.

I came here specifically to watch Billy Green Bush throwing a fit after Robert Blake kicks his bike over. Puzzling that anyone thought it would be OK to alter this great movie by eliminating dialogue.

So I'm going to make a motorcycle movie and not have the sounds of the motorcycles come through on a chase scene and instead substitute horrible horn music from the '70s, it's so not fitting for this action cornering sliding blowing up scene
