I’m building a truck I want to be full carbon, I also love liquid death and have been trying to convince them to sponsor my build for the last year along with vibrant, Chevy (for shits and gigs) and I would like to do a twin turbo v12 but before that point a procharged ls. So I’ve been asking for a centrifugal supercharger sponsorship but I’m not too far into the build and I don’t have a resume so it’s pretty difficult

For the turbo-fans… Get some carbon weave with the blue thread like Audi use to pick up on the blue anodizing or use Kevlar or a Ti weave carbon 👍

There are a bunch of valve stems, and valve stem extenders, made for various styles of dually wheel installations that might work for you.

4:42 Could buy a truck stem which is meant to pass through the rim of the truck to the front. You just discard the straight part and keep the U bend portion of it. It would pass through the face of the BBS core.

The front rollcage corner in the footwell side of the door looks like it needs a corner gusset. It's prefolded in the direction of failure in a front on collision.

I use the tire machine. As well and a auto calk gun. Sitting on top of a transmission jack. It turns out perfect every time. I don’t even use tape.

With all that offset you end up having a lot of scrub radius. Is that intentional for some reason? or only the spacing is for esthetics?. I guess the spacers are for mounting a wide tire withuot changin de suspension geometry

When CNC machining we try to counter sink then drill but theat depends on the material and size of the hole. If it's steel and a half inch drill then your countersink gonna get screwed up fast.

Been enjoying your videos but this one didn't quite click. First off, why didn't you just drill another hole on the other rim for the valve? I mean, having to take the wheel off to even check air pressure sounds insane. Secondly, the wheel offset... That's a big killer. Even if you manage to steer without the front tires hitting the wheel well, it makes them hungry to steer, independently and uncontrollably, as if they hallucinate a bunch of elks up ahead. Half as much scrub radius could already force builders to add clumsy contraptions like steering dumpers. I'm really not sure what this much misalignment takes to make it road worthy.
