What printer are you using

At 14:26 you've got a panel that's been filled and primered. Then there's a short cut of spraying something on the panels with no info, and 10 seconds later you're applying tooling coat for the mold. What did you spray on the panels to seal them prior to starting to make molds off of them? And did you have to wet sand it to a glossy surface?

Just buy this $1,300 board and its EASY. So you buy the drive unit for $2,000, now it really cost almost double. Same for the leaf motors, these folks sell boards that make it easy, just buy a $300 motor, and then $1200 board. fk that But if your budget is unlimited, do what you need to, a cool build for those with deep pockets. My EV project I bought a $300 56 chevy and a $400 leaf. You really want a fwd motor to generate front wheel regen brakes, mine has the leaf motor in front, and a custom toyota motor in the back to a C6 vette rear ($300)

Had a seat Alhambra 185bhp diesel with the DSG twin clutch minivan and 280ft-lb one of the best cars I’ve ever had.😅

I could see 3d printing modified fender moulds to make the fenders symmetrical , then hand laying 1 piece carbon fiber. Watching this makes me laugh this has to be the worst most time consuming way to make fenders. There is no way the fenders will be durable!

so if ur not worry abt saving wieght , the traditional epoxy and cf weaves would be just fine? obviouky wrap would be cheaper and lighter but it wont have that real cf look. is this the traditional industry method to do cf hood ? top carbon and mouny it with the bottom. metal piece? what's the wieght differnce, and cost differnce vs buying one ? a avg person would buy a cf hood for $1,000 - $2,000 max if its available for your car.

Shoulda done an internal duckbill on the center of the roof on the inside. It’ll match the center strip of the sunroof buttons. It’ll also get rid of any harmonic hum that roof will have on the highway.
