for an engine for the ford, you could look at doing an subaru ej with front wheel drive trans. from what little I can see from the video, it looks like you might be able to package it all behind the front seats, the only really concern I see is if the rear of the car is long enough to hide the end of the trans as the back end sticks out a fair way compared to the output shafts. not sure how common those subaru FWD's are in the USA, but quite a few base model gen2 liberties (legacies) came with fwd in Aus.

Those are wheels from a Civic HX. It was the lightweight, fuel-economy model before Honda started making hybrids. They were a favorite of poor tuners because they look like Buddy Clubs or Type R wheels and could be had for relatively cheap. They’re even made by Enkei (it should be stamped on the back somewhere). I had a set on my 99 Sedan way back in the day.

this is an epic project, well done guys! one thing I noticed is it looks like the carbon wings were produced under a vacuum using vacuum bags, but I thought it also had to be done in an oven or heated room, how did you manage without it? 🙂
