The aluminium and the steel are easily separated during the initial pre-smelting prepartion. This is VERY good use of easily re-cycleable materials. Someone mentioned the "transformer iron", that is also already "pre-alloyed" to useful constituents, only a little tweaking is needed to make it good again. Same with metal car re-cycling. Electric cars are (so far) NOT re-cyclable, and are becoming piles of toxic waste in many countries.

The iron scrap is a special alloy containing silicon called transformer grade. Because of the increasing electrification of the world there is a huge demand for this material which is vital for electrical energy.

I wish all countries would be as responsible to recycle everything.. This primitive process being completed by some very hard working men puts money on their tables to help raise their families. Way to go!

Seriously, is their iron furnace not large enough to melt the iron cores whole? They are relatively small as scrap goes

При разделке роторов.. После мельницы так сложно сделать конвейер с магнитом сепаратором? А при разделке электро кабелей наверное очень сложно поставить ящики для составляющих.. Пластик, резина, и металлов.
