The band likes to sing Disney songs backstage and it was sort of a running joke that Nico has to learn the lyrics. They all have different music tastes and considering their age, they grew up with boybands, so they took a penis shaped piano on tour and sing with the audience. It's just one more way to break out of the stereotypes to get a room full of metalheads to sing boyband songs. It's really just for fun.
