Hey friends! I hope this video brought you lots of value! Check out the videos in the description to see these same concepts applied to different styles of tracks.

This is exactly the kind of context I've been looking for guides for. Much appreciated! :D

Heck yeah! Glad this was beneficial and hope it doesn't make your guitars sound worse 🤣

@@christianhaleofficial We'll find out. XD If you find yourself doing more CCM stuff, I''m definitely here for it. :D

@@samz9121 I've written and produced A TON of CCM stuff (You can check out my spotify reel in the description to hear some of it). A lot of times when I'm working on CCM stuff though it's for labels, and there's more hoops to jump through for content ID & using those songs to teach on in these videos. But when possible I'll keep making some content on those songs!

Nice! I like that it is def subtle and does not sound overly processed. CCM guitars are hard to get sitting in a mix (I feel) since there is so much going on so this is super helpful.

I joke with some of my CCM producer buddies and call it the "CCM SLAM" for this very reason 🤣. No shortage of layers of stuff in that type of music for sure! Glad this was helpful, and thanks for the comment!

Thank you for this, but please can you do same for acoustic guitar?

Great idea... I'll make it happen!

This tracks sounds like something Angels and Airwaves would make... Ambient, super wet guitars. I love it!

Thanks for the comment, and totally see what you’re saying there! Hope it was helpful 👊🏽

Very cool! Will try this soon. No low pass filtering anywhere? Leaving all fuzz/super high end? Interesting! That’s the beauty of getting great sounding raw files from the start!

Steal those settings man, and if they ruin your guitars then you didn't get the settings from me 🤣🤣. No low pass typically for me on guitars, but that's not a bad idea! I'm a big fan of getting rid of sizzly high end when possible.

Hey Christian! Any chance you have a rough idea of what gear Luke used? Guitar, amp sim etc? Sounds amazing!
@christianhaleofficial6 ай бұрын
Thanks man! I don’t know what guitar he used, but I know he typically uses amp sims. The Neural DSP stuff is what a lot of people seem to be swearing by for sims these days. I use a little pedalboard into a strymon iridium and that sounds great as well.
