Martin is one of the greatest example of the modern guitar player: well versed in many styles and players, can probably play anything; great tone, great time, great chops.... love his work on this... it's like he's playing a tribute to Andy in front him..... and Andy Timmons on the other hand just transcends all of it; every aspect of his playing [even if it is reminiscent of his own heroes] is truly his own.... he's become one of my favourite players of all time. Great work guys!
@tumamybb2 жыл бұрын
Okay, the truth is I don't know music, I don't know Martin Miller's thinking or his expectations, I look at him happy with what he does, it's a hallmark of his band, they enjoy what they do, they support and admire each other, I don't know if The band has a name... I wish and I hope that it will take off with some of its own production that will take it to the top and immortalize it.

I was wondering where this version ranks amongst all available versions. I think Martin’s solo really upped Andy’s build up to the outro. Is this the ultimate electric guitar anthem? Hendrix and Stevie Ray included??

This is a true outward expression of the inward love of playing music just for the love of playing. The look on the bassist's face at 3:18 says it all. If he's having that much fun holding it down for other people to shred over there's definitely magic happening in the room! Inspiring video guys. You brought back some good musical memories for me.
