It can, but then you might run into a problem where the reflection map becomes visible, try it out anyway

You've got to toggle off mask path visibility, it's the third icon to the right of the resolution that says "Full"

I checked 2 saber vids and this one was actually nice better explaining and hands done even i grasped what you where doing. still i do wish more explaining why you do something or why you change number and for what reson since i followed evrything and all worked except the zoom and since i followed i have no idea what went wrong it just didnt look like yours with the zoom.. sometimes it goes a little fast but lucky there is a pus button ;)

No, I mean you just follow the same steps shown in the video, but with a different logo. You can just replace a logo inside Logo composition, then delete the previous masks and auto trace the new logo

If your logo has a white background you can remove it by applying extract effect or luma key or even rotobrush. You can also select a different channel in auto trace window, select lightness and play around with threshold

The amount of masks depends on how many elements your logo has, it might be a simple 1 element logo that can be traced with 1 mask. Less masks is a good thing
