I have the same situation with my 2013 flex,I have a question,I look for the rack and pinion online and they told me that I have to reprogram the new rack and pinion????Please someone let me know if I have to do it.

hey so i did this whole process lastnight.....and my flex still says power steering assit failure on dash and steering is still hard. what do i do? im new to electric power steering

​@@adventureboundoutdoors8492 bought from Amazon, but don't do that. Before I purchased, I asked if the price included the core charge. They said "Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, there is a $150.00 refundable core charge included in the amount indicated." Package came with no instructions on how to return core and basically ghosted when I asked how to return core. I purchased a Duralo unit and even sent an inquiry to Duralo, no response.
