First of all, a word of warning.
Do battery repair at your own risk.
-Do not leave the battery pack unattended while charging.
-During the dismantling and assembly phase, be careful not to touch other radiators
(Electric shock, short circuit, spark and risk of breakage)
So now it was an eway electric scooter that was already a couple of years old.
The battery had not been charged during the winter and the radiators had oxidized and rusted or received moisture at some point.
When measuring, the charge of the radiators is about 4volts, and bad radiators showed 3.3volts.
Remove radiators carefully and tin new radiators with rennet.
(If the tin doesn't seem to stick, use an abrasive pairer)
I used two spare batteries that were 500mah smaller, but don't affect the driving distance much.
If the radiators all show the same number of volts, the fault may lie in the circuit board, which protects against undervoltage.

Hello sir can you help me. I think we have a same problem. My scooter suddenly stop. The radiator are also rusted and the scooter is no power, only 3 red lights are blinking once when i turn on the power. How do you check the battery with multimeter?

@@angelobaterina20 You can disconnect the wire that goes to controller and measure from there. Its about 40v if the battery is good... but if the battery have dead cells, it wont last long 🙄 You can connect the charger, and multimeter to other wire. when you have green light at the charger and then you disconnect it, will the battery voltage drop fast?

Moi osaisinko auttaa kun minun sähköpotkulauta ei lähde käyntiin mutta on sellainen ongelma kuin tuon ala levyn suojan pari ruuvia on tylppääntynyt ni tiedätkö mitenkää miten saisin ne auki😢

Kyllä sinne oli tainnu päästä kosteus jostain. Oisko kondensio 🤔 kun yksi patteri lähtö oli aika ruosteessa ja kaksi patteria menettänyt latauksen
