another way to find the location of your library folder is to open the pick devices menu and search for a device then hover over a device it will show you where its written disk library.

If you can't find program data, In your C: drive, click the view and show hidden folder and the transparent Program Data folder will show up

If you cant find library file in prgram files-86, you can see a DATA folder. In that there is LIBRARY folder

Dear some components are not available in proteus library. They need to be imported but most importantly such components must have proteus simulation model before importing to proteus. Watch my video how to import in proteus

after you add the libarary to programdata folder try add the arduino library to this folder too: C:\Program Files (x86)\Labcenter Electronics\Proteus 8 Professional\DATA\LIBRARY i try this and it works.
