I bought a Grade A 3.1ez during an October sale because iGO was sold out of Grade Bs. When it arrived, I noticed a lot of small scrapes and marks on the bike. Although they didn’t affect performance, they seemed contrary to the claim that Grade A refurbished bikes have little to no blemishes and are in like-new condition. Additionally, the bike wasn't running well, with excessive mechanical noise, poor shifting, and loud braking sounds. When I reached out to customer service, expressing that I felt I’d received a Grade B bike at a Grade A price, they offered to cover a brake and derailleur tune-up for up to $125. I requested instead to be refunded the price difference between Grade A and Grade B 3.1ez bikes from the sale. Over a week ago, they asked me to send photos of the issues, which I did immediately. I followed up on the next business day and several times since, but it appears I’ve been ghosted. Despite this, I still think it’s a solid bike. I enjoy riding it, and it will be great for winter commuting. However, I did not receive the Grade A version, and customer service dropped the ball when I didn’t immediately agree to their first offer.

I just got this bike and I'm super bummed out. The chain keeps falling off on even slightly bumpy terrain or if I stop pedaling. I took it to my local bike shop and was told there's nothing we can do other than change the chainlink and derailleur to something a bit more apt for a fat tire bike. Basically told me that they sell this as a performance bike when its really not. Inadequate components

probably a fine bike but the numbers and specs do not match the price. 500 watt hub, 576 Wh , 34 mi. , Acera, price $2000 Better off buying the Aventon Aventure........that's a no brainer.
