I feel like searching the part number written on the defective part is one of the first things to do. Looking forward to the comments from the usual people who normally say "bloody customers butting in and making it hard to work" despite them this time doing something that may have helped hugely. Wouldn't be suprised if they end up managing to order it that they'll give fitting it themselves a go now.

Thats one of the bug bears of equipment that is only a few years old eventually no spares will be available and its a complete install of a new system, even from the same manufacturer.

Just bring up the wiring diagram if you are unsure del. Bring up the service manual for that product and it will help you no ends. It’s basic electrical component diagnostics - don’t over complicate things, believe in your own ability 👍

Just fit a new fan. That thing is years old. Its not rocket science. A new fan costs nothing compared to the time you wasted
