Electro Etching a Maker's Mark on a 6" Random Pattern Damascus Hunting Knife

Liking your content. Excellent looking knife. I have alot of antler but haven't used any yet. Everyone says that it smells God awful when you grind it.... Still it looks super cool

Hey...Thanks for the comment. It is a pretty bad smell. I definitely like the way the antler looks, but not sure if it's worth the side effects. haha.

Where do you get the stencil from?

I just use vinyl and a vinyl cutter.

@@Hathenbrucksteelworks I'm sorry. When you are etching your logo you said you run voltage at 15. I was inquiring on where you have your amperage set.

ahhhh. I'm honestly not sure about that. When I'm etching, the amperage automatically goes up, so I'm not sure if I've set it to something or if it's just automatic. I'll keep an eye on it next time I etch a logo.
