How much water depth do you need for this?

It looks like it's somewhere between three and 4 feet draft. At least when it's taking off. Once it's in flight, it's more like 1 ½ feet.

I'd like to see the process of putting it in the water. I don't think you could just dunk your trailer.

The lower bit, lowers up and down, so I believe it can go into shallow water. When it picks up speed, it lowers to help lift it out of the water.
