Jack and Eilis head to Bedford to take a spin in a prototype for a revolutionary new kind of electric vehicle: the DryCycle. Equipped with a fully enclosed cabin, heated seats, windscreen wipers and a crash-tested body, but still legal to ride on cycle lanes, could this be the future of city transport?
