thanks a lot for the video but I have question; suppose zn loses 2 electron and becomes zn++ right but it would have been easier to remember like zn loses 2 electrons and becomes zn-- (losing relates to negative)

You have to look at the ionization energy, some atoms will easily lose one electron, some will lose move than 1 with relative ease while others will never let the second one go. Zn however will NOT gain electrons to form a negative

If you ran the galvanic cell to depletion, and then evaporated off the solution, would you be left with just zinc sulphate?

In the anode, yes. But you might find a mixture of salts that also include a minority of sodium and nitrate ions from the salt bridge that migrated to help neutralize the cells.
