This is the best video on electromagnetic levitation that I have ever seen. Thank you.

Very well done. Used the first 2 comparator cct for both attractive & repulsive levitation (repulsive took a lot of trials). Second cct is much better for repulsive levitation

Hello. What alternative can we use instead of these transistors? (p and n Channel). Because I couldn't find it. Not sold in my country
@technologyforyou5976 Жыл бұрын
Hello: Thanks for watching. The following PNP and NPN transistors are good alternatives. MJE243G, MJE243G TIP31, TIP32 BD438, BD787 BD237, BD234

@@technologyforyou5976 Thank you very much for your interest. So when I use these transistors, do I need to make changes in other parts? (By the way, I have an irfz44n. Would that be suitable for the circuit?)
@technologyforyou5976 Жыл бұрын
@@ivrzvradam5317 Actually IRFZ44N is a MOSFET. The transistors I mentioned are BJT. The circuit is suitable for BJT, not for MOSFET. For MOSFET different biasing is needed. In future I'll try to post another circuit with MOSFET

Hi, In unstable system can I replace the hall sensor dvr5055(can't find it) with 49e hall sensor ?
@technologyforyou5976 Жыл бұрын
Hi Abdelkader, thanks for watching. Yes, this Hall sensor will also work. Looks like it's sensitivity is little lower. So I think you should increase the gain of the first opamps connected to the Hall sensors, by 1.5 times

I used, R2 and R5 130k, you may uses 200k instead

will it be possible to levitate a magnetic sphere using this concept? Thank you!
@technologyforyou5976 Жыл бұрын
Yes, it is also possible to levitate a magnetic sphere following the same principle. Some people place a disk magnet inside a plastic or aluminum sphere. As the mass of the floating magnet changes, you have to play with the RC phase shifter, for better stability. Thanks for watching

I want to buy for my kids ... How much it cost
@technologyforyou5976 Жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching. Actually I did not make any sellable version of this product. I just did the experiment. Besides if I make it in Canada (where I am living) cost will be high. Rather you can buy similar kind of product from Amazon for USD 50
