How do you reset this lock ??

Put in 3 batteries, then hold the (red)set button while inserting the last battery and wait for a long and short beep. Afterwards you’ll have to input the master code.

I’m not getting any lights but it does beep.

Great Video but Mine works backward. Lock is unlock and using the code locks the door! If I flip the deadbolt it would work but its misalligned. Help!

Hi John, could you please re-install the product?Before the installation, please make sure: (1) remove the key from the lock (2) the latch bolt should be retracked (see video 1:00), and the slot in the middle should be horizontal.(3) Install the interior with the turn piece vertically attached (see video 3:02)If you still have questions, please call customer service 877-one-lock. @@mandywen1429 Did that already. 7 Hours now. It would work fine if the door was flipped but there must be a way to reverse the latch lock without flipping the bolt and having it misaligned. What's the trick? It can not be the same for holes on the left and the right of the door. Mine is on the left from inside and the door pushes out. The manual side in on the inside left!

I Flipped that latch but it was way too tight to align without making the hole a 1/4 - 1/2 bigger. It's midnight here and I'd like to get this done before I go to sleep with a big hole in the door.

@@tedturbo6708 Were you able to reset the bolt direction on your lock? If you are still having issues setting up the lock, please contact customer service at 1-877-ONE-LOCK. One of our associate there will be happy to assist you.

When installing i forgot to put in the batteries before clicking in the metal casing. I tried to press to release it but it refuses to open. So now i can't use the pad only the key. I ill not purchase again.
