Robots have integrated in our lives in different ways and have taken over some tasks which were exclusively done by humans.
But, robots have not yet been able to have a sense of touch - could this be about to change?

Just imagine you are cutting a piece of wood with an electric bench saw and you carelessly start cutting into your hand but you feel no pain. most definitely, i think the only major 3 problems is the weight of the controllers and power that connect to the circuit skin and haptic feedback motors. The sensors would not be hard to integrate but the controllers that feed back the touch data , that they pickup would be something that needs a lot of refinement. potentially running wires to a pocket battery/controller device that has battery and controllers . It would be cumbersome but one potential implementation of solution. The 3rd problem would be the size ,weight and durability of the haptic feedback motors , tho if our phones and console game controllers can have tiny motors that last long under the constant bashing they get, then im sure good ones could be developed that sit between a prosthetic and the artificial limb
