Looks great! And changing the hardware in your rented property isn't difficult if you keep all the old hardwear and store it that way when you do decide to move just replace all it back. And using nails in a rented property is considered normal wear and tear.

Looks very elegant, classy and luxurious. I love that you use all sorts of clever ways to overcome restrictions in a rental. The only thing i didnt like is the faux flowers, they look a bit tacky and are not worthy of the room and your hard work😊 i would opt for dried flowers, or fresh flowers (on sale in supermarket) combined with some branches and wild flowers from the park, roadside etc. Or for really high quality faux flowers or plants that look as real as possible. If you have room for it, a small cocktail chair would be a lovely addition, with a folded soft fluffy wool blanket. (Different textures adds to a luxurious feel ). lovely vid!

you can use command double sided picture hangers instead of the tape if you want to make sure it will adhere for the long time and not leave marks.

6:04 suggestion : if you don’t like colors, spray paint…I use it a lot ☺️ anytime I have any color I dislike, I just rustoleum over it. I have all these free glass bottles because I love this brand of water at Trader Joe’s and I spray paint the bottles and stick a candle in it.

This is such a good hack w the molding, but (and not to be bitchy I promise) molding is NOT the same thing as wainscotting! Wainscoting refers to wood panelling that covers the bottom 2/3-1/2 of a wall, and molding is decorative strips of wood. You did a great job, just wanted to clarify in case anyone is having a hard time getting supplies bc they’re looking for crown molding but asking for wainscot 😅

THANK YOU . and a quick tip for anyone else doing this, Home Depot cuts the pieces for you if you want, for free but leave them a tip if you can (it seemed like a lot of work since i had so many pieces & they helped measure them for me). they were nice enough to make sure all the panel pieces fit well & caulking suggestions.

Very original and you are very artistic and resourceful. One recommendation, if you don't mind. I think the bed should have some color - not too much - something to accent it either with a throw, bedspread or in the pillows. Just a thought otherwise, excellent.
