They don't send me scopes to review, they seem to be sold mostly on the insurance policy concept allowing you to break them and just get another.

Hi Chris, I am a returning target shooter. I have been out of shooting since the granny state outlawed the legally owned firearms. I have re-joined a rifle club that I was a member in 1974, at the tender age of 14. We used to shoot martini henry rifles with open sights. Would you be able to give me an honest opinion of the new CZ 457 LRP black? I have seen and have watched your review of the grey gen 1 many times. Keith.

Theoretically yes, but base magnification might be an issue to consider in detail for some shooters
