If u want to know, moa adjustment are normally 1/4 moa, mil are usually 1/10mil, moa = approx 1 inch at 100, mil is approx 3.6 inch at 100, so “maths” 1/4 moa adjustment = .250/6.4mm @100 1/10mil adjustment. = .360/9.1mm @100 So you can get a finer adjustment out of an moa scope if that’s important you, 👍👍 I hope that helps someone out

Great vid and very good to see it compared to the Bender. The Glass for the price really seems to hold up plus i have to say I much prefer the Ret in the Titan with the centre dot to the .8Mil cross of the Bender. The only thing i think it misses out on is .2Mil hashes a la EBR7C but its on my list for next scope. I am a toy addict its been 12 weeks since my last purchase!

Great video, very well covered. Getting into PCP air rifles, as reload components can be a challenge (had to purchase a 1,500lb pallet of my favorite powder for .338 LM to get any). I like S&B, but their quality has become a bit variable and the coatings and tech have not stayed competitive on high-end. They are a bit expensive (US $12K+), but the Hensoldt ZF 6-24x72 is much better in many respects, and I love my ZCO’s. I actually moved my S&B’s to my semi-auto’s after moving to the Hensoldt and ZCO’s. I shot last week on a 406 CT with a Tangent Theta on it, which amazed me also in the deep twilight that inspired as much confidence as shooting at noon with my S&B. I see traces on the scope that some spotters are not seeing on their Swarovski spots, and that would be 95% ghosted invisible on my older S&B’s.

Just my opinion - we all get one! Issues with the element's line of scopes are all amplified because of the way they were designed - trying to cover ALL buyer prices instead of selecting product and then adjusting quality using price. Their selection of 30MM tube is inferior off the get go - so other problems (unlike available light) become amplified - not restricted like the small-ish tubing choice. When for only the top tier "Nexus" they selected Japanese glass (which CAN BE on par with quality German glass) I had HOPED for more than was delivered, however that IS far and away a better choice than their provided Chinese offerings on the lesser priced scopes. P.S. While it might appear I have too many scopes.. ok 87 MAYBE a couple too many....LOL 4 are SB and my grab and go favorite SB is the straight 10X PM2 which is totally crystal clear and 100% reliable. Than again, on my 30/30 sits a 4X Weaver..... choices made which WORK has to be the final word. Shoot str8 and safe - but always KEEP the your barrel clean!

Awesome video bud enjoyed this one 👍 I absolutely love the smell test 🤣😂 something that most other KZbin peeps definitely fail to do...... And I'm talking about my genuine laughter not the smell test its self bro although I'm sure it is a factor that gets disregarded 😄 I can't wait to see the helix vs video, I was gonna grab one but after seeing the titan I'm thinking I might just push the boat out a little further. I definitely can't argue with that performance. I've seen it in action once zeroed in other videos but the image quality and build quality is extremely impressive especially when compared to the bender. I now see what all the fuss is about with element optics 👍

Uncle Hodge are they worth what you pay as there are some high end scopes that cost less especially here on mud island helix 6-24x50 £355 and the Titan £710 5-25x56 and the nexus £1334 5-20x50

Haven't seen these on higher caliber hunting rifles.. Are they primarily designed for air rifles??
@meatheadmarksman20133 жыл бұрын
Nope they are centerfire scopes that just happen to work really well on airguns cos they have a very close parallax (10m to infinity). Head over to Matt dubbers channel and have a look, he uses them on all his centerfires. They are rated to 50bmg so they will handle anything you are likely to put them on. I have my helix on my 308 and it's great

they do the same thing in MRAD but no hold under dots. I think I prefer it without the hold under but each to their own I suppose! maybe they will come out with more reticle options in the coming years www.airgun101shop.co.uk/collections/airgun-rifle-scope/products/element-optics-nexus-5-20x50-ffp-apr-1d-mrad

Personally I think there are many other scopes out there that are brilliant. Because Matt uses these everyone want to jump on them, each to their own I guess. Have you seen the vortex strike eagle? That looks fantastic for the money 👍
@meatheadmarksman20134 жыл бұрын
Theres lots of good options now no doubt. I've had good experiences with burrs, Leopold, Bushnell, vortex etc etc, all good options. But most of them don't do EVERYTHING these do like 10m parallax, zero stop, the great turret internals etc so for the money I think these are a good choice. Not that the competition is bad, they're just not my pick
