I use that reedy esc in my gen 8. Now with a spektrum rtr remote it runs really good with 3 slot motors too

I hear a lot of body to wheel clacking is that somewhat annoying on the trails is the body not formed well enough stock so its clashing? also have you run the new Redcat Axe gen 8 stock brushless system. I went to get a new crawler/trail truck. Didn’t think I wanted the Element Enduro. I was looking at the SCX10.2 or a Wrath 1.9, both solid trucks. The guy at my LHS has just gotten his and was running it on the indoor course. The price point was great, but watching his...well it just followed me home. Swapped the bumper after a quick test run. It does as good or better than my trx4 Defender.

RTR seems to be a better value than the Kit pricing. Kit should include a clear body. Hoping there will be an Elementfest event down the road.

You need to remember the kit comes with 3 full sets of links for 3 different wheelbases. As well as the 6 and 12 and 0 overdrive. Slightly upgraded shocks. The optional transmission shaft to mirror the transmission. And a couple other things I believe I'm forgetting. Imo they should have made the link length an option and not included all of them, then drop the price 50-80 bucks.
