It's not my fault the marketing was atrocious... and not my fault they picked a June release date. Point is, if it was a box office bomb, nobody would be going to see it right now... the only reason they are is because of word-of-mouth from those who saw and loved Elemental.

Absolutely give it a watch!! Probably preaching to the choir here but omggg the story y’all. The story is genuine and puts a clever spin on some typical tropes. The animation and colors as a result speak for themselves. And ALL the characters are ones to fall in love with (personal faves are Wade and Bernie, tho the moms are great too). Hope they do a sequel someday real soon, since it is inspired by Peter Sohn’s life story I have an idea that Pixar might like if Ember and Wade get married and have a family of their own. Like Peter has two kids perhaps Ember and Wade have twins, a son who is water but warm like a hot spring, emerald green coloured, has steam for hair instead of waves like all water elements and can blow steam from his mouth. A daughter who is fire of red and blue, has a slim body, gives off a luminous light more brighter than normal fire, each child can survive in and touch both Fire and Water. These ideas seem fitting since fire and water together make light and steam at contact so both these compounds should be added to their children to show their chemistry of being half fire and half water.
