I used Procreate and Procreate Dreams! There is a Procreate Dreams tutorial on Grouping on my channel and I've also uploaded a couple livestreams of me working on this specific project! Fair warning these streams were my first time streaming so they are a bit uhh… boring. I didn’t talk much and the audio cuts out here and there because of copyrighted music lol. what do you use to animate

I use Procreate to do outlines of my animations. Then I import that outline project to Procreate Dreams where i add the color layers and other motion effects such as Key-Frames, Camera Movement, etc. Hope that helps!
