Suggestion: If you make another, longer pine board box, give it legs of whatever length necessary that you can shoot it standing. Either design it so it can stand on its own, on a table, or on two tables stacked atop each other, so that it's at your shoulder height.

Wow. Concidering you recieve the same force to your sholder as it takes to go trough those boards, I am pretty stunned. A full blow with a normal constructionhamer will only make a dent in a board like that. Or when you try to stab it with all you got with the best knife you can find, I would be surprised if you make it through 2 boards. Yet this leadspout blows a hole in half a forest. I must give it to you Scott. No way I could handle that force. My collar bone shatters, and my shoulder ball pops out of its socket even thinking about it. Wow. Great demonstration of energy.
