Those elephants need to deal a little less damage on charge and be a little more tanky, elephants don’t die so easily. Also, the tigers are pretty ridiculous sending people flying like that. They should instead focus on one person at a time and terrify the shit of the rest of the unit.

Elephants aren't OP as showcased, however 1 unite of bowmen should not take down 4 Elephants in but 1-2 volleys either when that is said and done.

Yeah, that's one thing I've always hated in historical TW games (except Rome 1, it's the exception) : elephants units are made of paper, and it's ridiculous, and not really historical too. I mean, if elephants were that easy to kill, nobody would've bothered using them for warfare : taming and training elephants takes a lot of time and ressources, if they just die instantly when brought into battle it wouldn't have been worth it.

@@RoulicisThe But this is not historical, 3K is a Fantasy setting. Its written in an age of myth and legend, hence why 1 man can take out hundreds of thousands men in but a few swings. Same goes for the "taming" of Tigers, it can't be done without having chips / implants within them to control them they are wild animals.

@@RoulicisThe I mean, its fair game when elephants charge into long ranks of spears, that should do the trick. However as you said, they arn't mean't to be made of paper what so ever. Even without armour, they should be tanky unites with the weakness of rampage and spears / amour piercing missiles.

These Elephants kinda work like fragile chariots. Or light Cavalry with good charge. In Warhammer terms, Tigers and Wardogs go berserk after the first attack. But I think the fully recover post battle, if the handlers survive.

It is both, just less charge bonus for the drum one, and no missile attack.

Oh my God elephants are made of paper, like three volleys from peasants took them down, that is some nonsense to me And the tigers killing animation is weird, they just use Jedi force powers to push away enemy soldiers, I figured it would be like the dog animations in Rome where they bit hard and then the unit would drop

I believe it's because capacity or something. You know like if there's too much the perfomancewill be like slow down or don't comply. IDK i'm not an IT guy,but the point it's like technology capability that i'm once again said I'm not an IT guy.

Hey man, i can definitely recommend warmhammer 2! Community is still going really strong. I would recommend searching for Turin on youtube as his channel does streams all the time on multiplayer.

They arn't over the top at all, when charging Spears from the rear, they die almost instantly. Shot by 1 unite of bowmen and they loose 4 models before getting into combat as showcased in the video, they die instantly and are nothing but paper at this stage.

Yes it is true that 1 man can take on 100 but it isnt fantasy it is romanticized. You dont get Fire Skeleton Elephants or flying horses or 20 meter Tigers. Its real life people and animals.

While 1 man alone can't take out 20 troops in one swing, 1 man in armor can kill 20 peasants with farming tools. It's exaggerated but it is not myth, bad comparison. Elephants were historically used in china during warfare. The only thing that is over the top here is the tigers. Almost every character in 3k was real.
