At 2:24 you say turn chest through. Do you like doing that rather than a lower body first move feeling? Great video

Ellie’s lower body already rotates more than enough and often too early leaving her arms behind (due to a weaker core because of her age) she needs to feel her arms and chest move more to match everything in front!

I’m so confused with my game right now. Played the other day after learning to push my arms and hands away and shot my best (87) and was striking my irons. I come home to practice on my net and now I’m heeling the mess outta my irons. Please help

Don’t push arms away, push them down when u initiate the downswing. It achieves the same thing (shallower path) but reduces the probability of shanks significantly because of the image u build in ur head
