This is a great warm up to start a good play. This will help me/us to activate our body and for a good flexibility and mobility.

I love how you talked through each exercise and the benefits of each. This was a great stretch highlight video. Please do a full on stretching specific video in real time of talking us through the stretch the full 30 seconds and transitioning to the next stretch. Those that list the stretch and have the 30 second timer are the best. I wish I lived in your area to attend a camp and see you play. You’re the kind of coach I need and want. Until then, coaching and stretching with via KZbin.

Hi, love your videos. I was wondering if you have any opinions on a goofy footed approach to the jump. I am goofy footed and from what I've read so far on the internet, best would be to change my approach to normal. Do you agree?
@k-mac5511 Жыл бұрын
Yes. Be normal. Jump normal. Leap to new heights.

I think nowadays you see coach donny as a player and reactor, but surprisingly less as a coach even though he's uploaded some match videos of the team he's coaching. Super cool to see you in your element here.

I like the tid bit on tendons any why they take so long to heal. I’ve been dealing with tennis elbow for 19 months. Rest, ice, stretches all to no avail. Any recommendations to help would be greatly appreciated.
