Hey Coach Donny Could you do a video on how to prevent lower back pain from spiking/serving?
@alexandergray68208 жыл бұрын
Something that might help you out a little bit is adjusting your landing technique. Try not landing on your toes, this is something I do that has lead to some real unfortunate back pain, but the pain has gone down since I researched landing techniques and broke my bad landing habits.
@immatur1le3405 жыл бұрын
and also i think the motion of how you swing your arms also can cause back pain.

Hey Coach, great video as always! I was really inspired by the SportConX vs. Stanford game that you showed in previous videos, it really makes me want to push myself to be as good as them. Something I noticed in those games is that they really act as a team, huddling after most points and was wondering if you would consider doing a video on team etiquette or team bonding while on the court? I hope that doesn't sound dumb. Thanks for the great videos!

Hi, I have a question. Is it a sign of poor endurance and stamina if I sweat at the warm up? I don't feel particularily worn out afterwards, but it's simply a matter of aesthetics. Sweating like a waterfall doesn't look too good, well, at least I don't smell..
@cetitan53858 жыл бұрын
Max Talk N no that's not, some people just sweat rivers with low movement, if you aren't getting worn out by it then it's not endurance

Hey Coach Donny I sprained my thumb accidentally while spiking What should I do? It hurts when I try to move it
@cetitan53858 жыл бұрын
Butter Riolu just move it around to increase pain tolerance and let it heal (meaning yes move it around but don't be rough as in playing games via controller, punching, spiking, etc.)
@gregoryjung89768 жыл бұрын
Butter Riolu keep it warm, like grabbing it with your other hand when ever your free. This allows the blood to travel faster and allows it to heal better, after I jammed it REALLY hard yesterday, I wrapped my hand around my thumb whenever I was taking breaks with homework and it Probably added up to 20 minutes in total, and my thumb still things but better than the last time I jammed it and it didn't jam as hard enough and it lasted for a month, mine ATM might fully heal if I keep warning it up for the next week
