Elevator Chime Compilation #2 - GoldStar, LG and SIGMA

Didn't even noticed that I've already reached 2000 subscribers, so to celebrate the milestone as well as my 8th anniversary of elevator filming (yes, I started filming elevator back in January 10, 2009), here is my second elevator chime compilation of three Korean brands and one of the most common brands in Indonesia! This video contains bells and various electronic chimes from the GoldStar and LG era (1980s-2001) up to the current SIGMA era. Not just bells and chimes, some button beeps as well as few nudge mode buzzers are also included in this video. Enjoy!
And did you know? Medium and high-rise LG and SIGMA traction elevators (type Di2 and above) have slightly longer button beep sound than the low-rise ones (type Di1).
As usual, this compilation contains some videos that were recorded by TG97Elevators. Those videos were officially GIVEN to me as the person have stopped uploading new contents.

3:00 This chime used for ThyssenKrupp "DongYang" (Only used this name in South Korea) CL Series. CL Series is High-Speed model. However, some elevators had different chime pitches.

The only Sigma lifts with Sigma character was the ones before the crappy chime and Kone chime. The lifts they made during the transition from LG to Sigma were the best with no loud chimes and just nice lifts.

GoldStar Elevator (It's seperated by Changwon factory (금성산전) and Juan factory (금성기전), Each technical cooperation with Mitsubishi and Hitachi) changed its name to LG Elevator, and made LG - OTIS Elevator (Now OTIS Elevator Korea in Korea, SIGMA in other countries). Addition in 1/16/19) LG - OTIS was renamed OTIS - LG in 2005 due to the expansion of OTIS shares. *please excuse my poor english skills;;

Elevators of LC, CC, and more Nope. It's a slower sigma chime. It's different to Mitsubishi. However similar they sound they are not Mitsubishi chimes. They are sigma chimes played at different pitch and speed

They did. LG made elevators under LG Industrial Systems, their own division which produced elevators, escalators, moving walkways and other industrial related products. In 1999, their elevator business was taken over by OTIS and became LG-OTIS until 2005 when it changed name to Otis Elevator Korea (OEK).

IDLift3000 I actually used a few goldstar lifts that has the same chimes as this lift, and the chime always changes pitch. It will first be a high pitch, but as minutes pass by the chime will go down in pitch, and eventually reset back to high pitch chime.
