I figure any race talking in common has a local accent, but the instant they switch to their native language they suddenly pick up an obvious accent from the home country. So you get your sweet southern belle of each race, but then the dwarves gets a scottish brogue or a deep russian rumble, the tieflings begin unleashing the moon-speak, the halflings can't decide if their irish, english, or welsh, the high elves are some ungodly amalgam of romance accents, the orcs are speaking cockney, the wood elves are polish, the snow elves finnish, the dark elves are too busy wrestling crocodiles, the tabaxi are trying to provide tech support, and so on.
