Love when the skin and hair are falling in line. I never tried CT anything and I bought me some highend before. She just does not tempt me enough to pull the trigger.

I am actually allergic to mica, which is in the charlotte tilbury flawless filter. Reactions can cause raised bumps that are itchy. The elf halo glow does not have mica in it….so maybe that’s the cause of your reaction with the flawless filter.

I feel like the CT looks like makeup a couple hours into the day. Whereas elf blurred and had glow. I do wonder if the elf luminous putty would do the same thing; like I wonder if they made the putty formula into a liquid and added pigment.
