ELF HALO GLOW FILTER REVIEW & FIRST IMPRESSIONS | SHADE 7 on DARK, COMBINATION SKIN

Happy Sunday guys!
This weeks video is a first impressions of the viral beauty product, the Halo Glow Liquid Filter from ELF! I’ve seen this all over Instagram and TikTok so I had to try it, this is my first time even swatching this so check out how it turned out! I wear shade 7 and have combination skin that can sometimes get oily so I will be applying this in a way to try and combat shine. I have really be loving glowy, natural makeup looks this summer and this is what this product promises to deliver.

same, I had a couple of their brushes but no products other than the blush I bought in the US in May but I really like everything I've tried so far! I've been looking for that brow gel you got but I haven't found that here!

The finished look is absolutely gorgeous! I wore it once but I returned it as I felt too oily & I had the shade below which was too dark for me. I should’ve tried what you did here - colour correction + powder underneath. Paired with that side part 😍 wow do you still use it today? Is your opinion still the same? Plus I noticed we’re Too Faced foundation twins 💌✨

Thank you! I do still use it but I prefer to use it with my colour corrector as part of my base before putting foundation or my Rare Beauty tinted moisturiser on top! As far as skin tints go though my current fave is the Maybelline Super Stay, the finish is gorgeous!
