The Rap Game is like a gift and a curse for these kids. It’s really sad to see how traumatized these kids are after doing the show. Fame ain’t for everybody.😕

Foreal! The exposure is like a double edged sword
@anthonybarnes1903 Жыл бұрын
Very few of the kids were actually able to leverage that exposure into full time careers. If I’m correct, Nova won his season, and he’s an alleged drug addict, on top of allegedly having a mental disorder. Again, ALLEGEDLY, because idk if anything has been confirmed or denied.

I'm not telling anybody what to do, all I'm saying is adding drugs into the mix if you are struggling with trauma, stress, identity crisis, etc, will not turn out good. I hope he'll be able to put more music out and rebrand to fit who he is, authentically. I actually like the songs you snipped in here, he can do great things with a healthy mindset.

These kids really thought JD was going to change their life. Imagine their disappointment when he tried to get them to sign that ridiculous contract, he cheated them out of money, and his rap teachings was ridiculous. Telling Peach to keep her cape and Roscoe to keep wearing that crown showed JD was living in an era of years ago. Do Do Def had been. Bankrupt years ago, Fab told them no one got in anyone’s face like that anymore, and all that jumping around was ridiculous. May be ok for ATL but not NY. Most of the people did not look happy when they returned. They should bring the show back but with someone who has a real record label and someone who can really teach them about today’s rap game, not the rap game of a decade or two ago

I kinda felt bad for him and how his mom’s addiction was thrown in his face as a punchline during cyphers. Don’t ever let the folks know your personal shit. His dad was a trip, very manipulative and calculated. He was so sure he wouldn’t be like his mom and he still did, hope he gets it together. I liked him on the show.

You can't blame The Rap Game for all of their problems . You have to start with looking at the person in the mirror. We all know right from wrong and good and bad . Be careful of the so called friends you have around you . When you start down the path of drugs it's pretty much over unless you are strong enough to break from it's grasp, goes back to what I said earlier, knowing what is bad but doing it anyway . They pretty much destroy themselves .

I truly feel like Eli was on the qrong episode, along with Amayah. The kids all had talent in their own way. However, the parents messed up Season 5, to the point that tge kids werent able to reach their fullest potential, esp SIRE and his mom, over confidant for no reason, glad he loss.

You see how they weren’t even there but PRODUCTION drove Dustin back just to be MESSY! That’s just 1 example of how they kept drama going between the cast. And for the record Sire was going to jump Dustin due to his disrespectful comments towards me, his mother! But it’s all love for Eli and Dustin! ❤

Love your content King. This the only video i couldnt sit through. This dude was super mediocre on the show. His bars were not innovative he basically was copying flows non authentic White privilege is being mediocre in black spaces but still getting praised. Then gets all this sympathy for turning to drugs & alcohol. I struggled to see the talent the whole season.
@stonedastronaut7 ай бұрын
Appreciate that 💯. I can feel where you coming from especially just looking at his music from the show. I think my perspective changed when I heard his other types of music. Sounded more genuine to me and actually some was good, later in the video I played some clips. I still feel what you saying though and respect your outlook on it the forced hood stuff wasn't authentic at all.
