Not te world's greatest fan of harp concerti, but this was interesting.

Have you heard the concerti of Henriette Renié or Alberto Ginastera? I’d highly recommend both as my favourite concerti for the instrument. Glière, Handel and others from the "canon" are so ubiquitous. They don’t touch my heart the same way as a Beethoven piano concerto, for example. By contrast, when you hear Renié it’s immediately obvious she was a virtuoso of the instrument. Her writing is truly imaginative, idiomatic, and (I find) engrossing. A truly great harp piece stands alone as a musical work, and not solely for the instrument it features!

Or if you just want something classical, Jean-Baptiste Krumpholz was basically the Mozart of the Harp concerto.
