Some snakes are deadly, and others are harmless. In the wild, ALL snakes are avoided because its nearly impossible to differentiate between them. Same holds true with the 13%. I avoid them as much as possible because I don't feel safe around them.

The median Intelligence Quotient of the European-Caucasian is 100 with the normal-average range being 90-110. The median Intelligence Quotient of the Haitian-Black is 67 with the normal-average range being 57-77. That's a 33-point (i.e., 2.2 standard deviation) gap between the European-Caucasian & Haitian-Black. In the absence of actual testing, based on the way that Elie Mystal expresses himself in writing & speech, an Intelligence Quotient in the 57-77 range seems about right.
