I love all your videos and since i started doing them by watching you everyday i started to lose my body weight i have big body and thank u soo much from 76 kg in one month i am now 68.2 i will keep watching ur videos and let me know where can i buy your drinking powder. I dont mind trying to drink and spend dollars with this product because it helps me losing my weight and gosh i have a good shape now. My target weight is 52 kg i am dreaming hahaha but it works from 76 kg now 68.2

i love your videos, this is very easy and no weights.. i've been consistently lifting weights at the gym and it's not working. especially that i got a birth control implant (nexplanon) it tough to lose weight because it causes water retention. I've been doing this for 3 days plus 30-45 minutes cardio for 3 miles and I can see that it's burning my armpit fat really good, i'm not quite there yet but I'll keep on doing this for another 2 weeks everyday.. i guess we'll find out.

Just an update, i am seeing some results now for doing this for a week, i also run 3-5 miles everyday to increase my metabolism and helps burn my armpit fat. i will do this for a month and we'll see the results. welcome sexy summer!!! :)
