I have to tell you this workout has saved me! I have a neck and hip injury from a car accident. After 2 years of therapy I'm back to working out again. I can't do most floor ab workouts because it strains my neck and standing abs sets off my hip. THIS WAS PERFECT! I was so excited to do this. No neck issues or hip pain, yet my abs got a good workout. The video was concise and the 30 second intervals were exactly what I needed. I'd love to see more of this type of ab workout! Thank you!

@@SaraKhan-uy7vr it’s possible to be on the lower end of fitting into an outfit (too small for a medium but barely big enough for a large) then losing an inch on the waist can bring that down. Sort of like how you can be 1 point away from a perfect score on a test

@@Ilinnaelfa I'm already eating very healthy and drinking tons of water 😁 I just wanted a smaller waist. I made the chloe ting as well as a ema wong challenge and both worked perfectly for me ☺️ I think this workout is more for people who never worked out before and just start a healthy lifestyle:)

I was not expecting to feel the stretch and "burn" (but without pain 👍) in my abdomen area after just the first session! I could feel the stretch in my upper arms as well. I have hope now that I can eliminate that "muffin top" without high impact or painful exercise. Thank you SO much, Susana! If I do these faithfully each day when might I begin to see results? Thank you again!! 😊❤ Update: One week later and did these super easy exercises daily. The waistbands on my clothes are already looser! Never thought it would happen!!😉 And am I alone in lovin' when Susana says, "Here we go!" 😂😂😂 It keeps me inspired 👍

Gonna start this starting tomorrow and I'll be updated the results after trying for twenty days! Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. kzbin.infoUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

Not going to lie I was sceptical about this. 7 days later doing this twice a day, morning and night and I notice a big difference in my waist. I couldn't fit into my favorite medium t shirt (I wear xl) 7 days ago and although it's still a little tight, I can breathe 😂 and I wasn't able to take the shirt off it was so tight. And I couldn't pull it down past my hips. It was really awkward looking and really tight. It still looks tight but I have breathing room and I haven't felt this good in 2 years. Now, I am doing other workout to loose belly fat and arm and leg exercises but I was really insecure about my hips and I definitely noticed a difference.
