Eliminate Shifter Slop with Some Shift Mechanism Upgrades Harley Davidson Road King Special

We do some much needed maintenance on our 2021 Road King Special by upgrading the shifter shaft with a V-Twin Mfg greaseable shifter shaft, shifter shaft bushing upgrade by Head Hoggers LLC, toe peg by Santoro Fabworx, and the inner shift arm with the Thrashin Supply EZ inner shift lever and billet shift arm.

Nice video, I've done the same upgrades but added SoftBrakes' Shift Rod Cap.It has a spring inside that helps to keep play out of the shifter side to side movement.

RKS is looking great, man! You can really tell the lengths you go to in finding certain products, because each time you release a new video there's always at least one company I haven't heard of. I've been having similar issues with shifter slop on mine, and all I've done to it was install an Arlen Ness linkage piece. Looks killa, but I need to tighten up somehow.
