Dr. Sam Schroetke of Physical Therapy & Hand Clinic of Hillsboro demonstrates Mobilization with Movement (MWM) for lateral elbow pain (tennis elbow). This exercise can be very effective for eliminating or greatly reducing the pain you may feel with picking this up, opening doors, etc.
Perform 3 sets of 10-15 reps, 3-4 times per day.
